Danica is a multidisciplinary artist based in Los Angeles.

Raised among the countryside of Northern California, she developed an early affinity for the natural world - an influence that continues to shape her creative expression. Drawn to the visceral artistry of movement, she established her grounding in classical ballet, eventually dancing professionally with Oregon Ballet Theatre. After earning a B.S. in Integrative Health Sciences, she merged her scientific knowledge with movement and now offers sessions in the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods.

Danica's deep connection to the environment inspires her botanical dyeing practice. She primarily forages plants along the West Coast and, through partnerships with restaurants, transforms food scraps into dye. She often sources recycled and vintage textiles to create beautifully unique, sustainable pieces.

Rooted in a profound reverence for nature, her work reflects the interconnectedness of body, mind, and environment.
